THE FRATELLIS

There’s a delightful, but rather long story to my association and fondness for the band or to be more precise a member of the band…one that’s too long and personal …perhaps another day.

When Tony, the bands manager and a friend of some years called to see if we could work on some new imagery for the forthcoming ‘HALF DRUNK UNDER A FULL MOON’ album, it was a short conversation…’I’d love to’.

On the back of creating a suite of images (album cover and promotional imagery) the band also asked me to write and direct a video for their single ‘NEED A LITTLE LOVE’. We completed the filming and editing of the video just before the world discovered the terrible impact of COVID-19. Perhaps in an ironic way the single (and video) were the perfect reflection of many’s future hopes and the importance of the little things we were about to miss, the immediate company of others and live music.

The FRATELLIS…a great bunch of down to earth guys and incredibly talented musicians.
